Artist's Description
My favorite subject to paint is my grandson, Andre. When he was young, he would visit my husband and I for the weekend. We would have so much fun. His favorite activity was blowing bubbles. He would sit on the deck for hours, blowing bubble after bubble and squealing with delight as they floated into the clear sky above. He is older now, and video games have replaced the bubbles and not to long from now, I suppose it will be girls. But I will always have this piece to remind me of when times were simple and a bottle of bubbles could cure all ills in the world.
