Artist's Description
Like many people, this young man cannot function until he has had his first cup of coffee at his favorite coffee shop. This person is a coffee connoisseur, a snob so to speak while the artist is happy as long as the brew is hot and prepared in a drip coffee maker. One of the few oil paintings by this artist, this piece is entirely in earth tones and the original was commissioned and not for sale.

Thank you for your kind words. I rarely do oils, but he requested oil and LOVED the results. You have inspired me to maybe do another oil painting. Peace and blessings.

Saundra, I relate...this is WONDERful!!...the young man who commissioned this piece must LOVE it...he is one lucky man to have this painting complete with furrowed brow advertising his preferences!..:-)) my best friend and I have a similar reputation for our tea. We order samplers each year of the estate Assam blends we favor...conduct our own tastings of our own mixing and then we order and bag our own in tea sacs for an eight cup teapot EVERYday! Thank you for this amazing entry!
