The Rocky Mountains are always visible from most places in the city of Denver. Majestic and beautiful, they are also the source of water for life in the prairie below. The snow melt feeds rivers, streams, waterfalls, and pools, eventually emptying into the Platte and Poudre Rivers and nourishing the community and wildlife below.
