Description

This 6 x 8 acrylic on canvas painting was inspired by an art exercise called Inktober. Each day during the month of October, participating artists are challenged to produce an ink drawing based on a one-word prompt. The word on October 25 was "prickly" and my response was an ink drawing which eventually lead to this painting. Inktober is a great exercise because it challenges my creativity. Stay tuned for more paintings inspired by this wonderful challenge.
