Relaxation should be as important as work in our society, but so often we neglect our own self-care and sacrifice our health in the stead. It may be painting, candlelight, a glass of red wine, cooking, knitting or being with someone you love, but find your happy place(s) and go there daily, even if it is in your own mind. Never neglect self-care.
