Artist's Description
Maya Angelou is one of my favorite poets and authors. Her words are so inspirational. One of the most emotional words she has written in my opinion was "I am the hopes and the dreams of the slave, I rise, I rise, I rise." Still sends chills down my spine. May she rest in peace.
