Saundra, your work is always inspired by numinous, emotive depths and, as such, always touches my soul space. This is no exception. I read afresh the poem and was tempted to copy paste it into my comment. It has appeal to all manner of man’s inhumanity to man... POWERFUL piece...I will surely revisit this thematic entry. LF
